Unless you are subscribed to the Enterprise Yearly Plan, our team does not provide content writing, editing, optimization, or SEO services. All articles are user-submitted and self-managed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or submitting content.

3. Content Policy

  • Disputes or chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension

5. Subscriptions & Renewals

If you subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan:

  • Your plan will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments

Trial users may also purchase multiple $1.99 guest posts without a subscription.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • Submission of plagiarized, harmful, or spam content

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

  • Abuse of the platform or attempt to exploit system weaknesses

Once banned, users may not re-register or access the service under another account.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. By publishing on our network, you grant GuestPostingMonster.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content.

8. Limitation of Liability
